Today we finish our writing. On Monday we started our plan for what we are going to write. First we got a paper, then we got a dice and we ha for lane. We had to roll the dice and witch number we got we had to write that down. I got An Elf the setting was in Christmas eve in a  gingerbread mans house and someone or something is lost. we had to write a story about what we got from the paper.  Please look at mine.

Today we read a story about love the story was could hinemoa and tutanekai. Tutanekai is a brave warrior who live in Mokoia island with his family. Mokoia island is in the middle of Lake rotorua.  There fathers of hinemoa and tutanekai wouldn't let them marry because they don't really no about each.\ other. The book is a legend book.

Alarm call

For 1 week we have been doing some stuff about A goblin and a cat. We had to do a cat or a monster you can do anything basicly. We had to write about the goblin and the kitten like a story when the cat turned into a monster or something here a work of mine.

Minecraft skins

Last week me and the class did minecraft skins. It was pretty hard because the colors were hard to put it in place. Mr maddren Showed us how to use google sheet you use it to do you 12345678910 Numbers. When you put a number in a box there's a little square down on the right edge when you click it and put it down it goes 12345678910. I'd did this minecraft skin it is SUPERMAN. To do it grab a pitcher of the internet and go to google sheets and put the image on you sheet and copy your guy or girl.

Scratch

Last week and before that week and before that week we have been doing a sight could Scratch. I had to choose two characters I chose a Soccer ball and a soccer lady. We have the parts to move it and to make it talk in the bubble. After we went to make the maze we went to Davidbau.com and got the maze. Once we tried to get it but it took ages. I will show you a pitcher of my Scratch Account.

Mantra-Success

Today and yesterday have been given a google drawing document. There were four box you had to fill in the four box. You had to go in a box and type like if you want two join the army or something. You will see what i´m talking about.

keep new zealand tidy

Today we have been doing are reading. This is the last day of learning journey. But the first Activity is when you had write a list of thing how to keep your neighborhood tidy. The second activity was when you had to do something relaxing like in a spa or reading a book something like that. today logo

Today we did a new logo but we chose what ever we want. We went on designapp.io and did it. The hardest was when you grab shapes and try to put it together and when you shaped It. The materials that I yous was circle and I went on text and did shift 9. First I got the circle and made It In a leaf shape. Next I went on text and did shift 9. Then i keep on Ctrl shift cving it. Then i shared it on my blog.

S.T.E.M

This term we have been learning about stem. We been learning about what is a vehicle let me tell you. A vehicle can travel to place'es and can carry heavy loads. A vehicle has for wheels, a hood two side mirrors, spoiler, head lights, front bumper, rear bumper, fender, tail lights, A/C radiator fan, radiator, A/C condenser. We had to create a vehicle that roles of a ramp we need card board knife thing, bottle, straws . First we got our bottle and the knife thing and cut holes on the bottle for the wheels. Next we got our straws and put it in but it was tricky because the straws was to high. Then we got card board and cut big circles but we didn't get time to finish because the wheels were big small big small and keep going.

Our second activity was when we had to write 2 sentence of a famous person i wrote 3. Then our bonus activity was to write something about otago central rail trail stuff

Swimming with sharks day 4

We are learning about New Zealand we looked at golden bay in golden bay we looked at farewell spit first we went to were the beached whales are and we  had to say how the people tried to help. Then the next activity  did´t work so we went on to the bonus activity. For our bonus activity we had to write about should we banned fishing around hectors dolphins or not I said banned fishing around dolphins

Netiquette

For today we are doing this work from a few weeks  ago. Cyber smart we are learning about digital Netiquette. Netiquette is a set of rules how to  behave online. Netiquette also show's you how to be nice and show other people that don't know what  netiquette is so help them out. Watch this video see  if it is  teaching you something.

New Zealand Day 2

This week in literacy we have been learning more about other places around Christchurch and New Zealand. So first we look at some ideas of Islington bay then I had listens to the words with read write it app then I put some of the ideas down in my own words. After I check it if it made scents then i put it o my blog.  

Expanding Balloons

in 4 or 5 moths we have been learning about science. Our science Experiment is called Expanding balloons. What you need? you need a bucket of hot water a balloons that's all you need. First you put the balloon on the bottle. Next you put the bottle in the hot bucket and that's all.

This week we have been doing calendar art. There was 3 thing there was koru city scape and hearts. i,v done a koru because i looks cool. We were proud of our work because we have been working on it hard.

Walt - Use paint to create the effect of feathers . first we had to sketch an Emperor penguin. next we had to do half of the face and body. then we got the yellow and orange paint for the beak we did orange and body and for the yellow paint we did the some of the body. we grab out the green pain t for the eyes and the white paint for the rest of the penguins body.
